3. Complimentary pair of Varilux® Xperio® Sun Lenses Tinted will come with Crizal® Sun UV coating in the matching lens design, index, and prescription as the first pair. 
4. For the first pair of Varilux® with Transitions® purchased in 1.74 index, the complimentary second pair of Varilux® Xperio® Sun Lenses Tinted will be given in 1.67 index.
5. This promotion is not valid for use in conjunction with any other ongoing offers, promotions, discounts or campaigns relating to EssilorLuxottica Group products.
6. Promotion is valid from 4 July 2023 till 30 September 2023.
7. This promotion is only available to consumers who purchase an original Product from qualified eye-care practitioners in Singapore who are participating in this Varilux® Ultimate Lens Package Campaign. 
8. The Organizer reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Varilux® Ultimate Lens Package Campaign and/or the TERMS with or without prior notice, where it becomes necessary to do so or due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of the Organizer in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. 
9. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for any purchases which are not completed for any reason, and any incomplete purchases will not be considered valid for this Varilux® Ultimate Lens Package Campaign. 
10. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse the promotion to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

15. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable local courts for settlement of any disputes.
